This is a Kawasaki Vulcan Owners and Riders {VROC} Rally
HSVROC is the High Sierra VROC Rally held annually for four days on the Nevada-California border
about 70 miles south of Reno. It was held from July 2002 until June 17 to June 20, 2010.
